What our classes look like

Each session blends simple yoga poses with songs, animal games, and breathing activities designed for children aged 18 months to 4 years. There's no pressure to sit still or follow instructions perfectly — that's not how toddlers work, and we wouldn't expect it.

We run small group sessions (maximum 8 children per class) in community halls across the local area. Drop-in places are available, or book a half-term block for a discounted rate.
